These appointments are not automatically confirmed. Set an appointment, make sure the dates you want are available. Then pay for the product you want. Once paid i will send an email confirming the appointment times.  If for some reason I cant confirm it I will try and work something out for another date or give you a refund  if a solution can't be found. Please cancel 24 Hours prior to your appointment if you fail to do so and don't show up you will not get a refund.
