Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Numerology Reports
• Astrology Charts
• Tarot Readings (pre-recorded or emailed)
• Meditation Guides
• Downloadable Content
No refunds or returns will be offered for these products, as they are personalized and cannot be restocked or resold.
Services
For live or scheduled services (e.g., tarot readings, energy healing sessions, guided meditations):
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours, or failure to attend the appointment, will not be refunded.

Packages
Packages that include multiple services are subject to the same cancellation policy. Refunds for unused portions of a package may be granted on a case-by-case basis if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the first scheduled service.

• Change of mind after purchase.
